January 1, 2019: "Year of Ella" opens at Windsor Locks Town Hall at 1:00 p.m. in the Ella Grasso Conference Room with Commemoratives.
Winterfest (February 9, 2019): The Town of Windsor Locks holds Winterfest at various town sites. Ella Grasso's picture will be on display in the Windsor Locks Public Library, 28 Main Street.
Lion's Club Pancake Breakfast (Date TBA): The Windsor Locks L:ion's Club chapter holds this annual fundraiser at Windsor Locks High School, where Ella Grasso's picture will be on display.
May 10, 2019: Gathering of State Officials in the old Judiciary Room of the Connecticut State Capitol building with proclamations and commemoratives on this, the actual 100th birthday.
Farm & Flower Spring Festival (May 11, 2019): This year the Noden Reed Annual Farm & Flower Fest is joining in with the Town of Windsor Locks’s Annual Spring Festival! This event, located at the Noden Reed Park, 58 West Street, will be held 12pm – 4pm, rain or shine! Ella Grasso's picture will be on display.
Heritage Week in the Town of Windsor Locks: May 26 - June 2
May 26, 2019: 7:00 a.m. Memorial Mass at Mary Gate of Heaven Parish, St. Mary Church, 42 Spring Street followed by Coffee Hour, reading of the Town Proclamation, and a tour around town leaving flowers at sites that Ella frequented.
May 27, 2019: 10:00 a.m. Military Veterans Memorial Day Parade gather at Noden-Reed park, 58 West Street. The parade begins at 10:30 a.m. marching from West Street to Memorial Hall on Main Street. The Grasso family has been invited to participate in the parade. Ella Grasso's picture will be carried in the parade.
May 28, 2019: Gathering in the Grasso Conference Room at Windsor Locks Town Hall with speaker. The Windsor Locks Women's Club will offer light refreshments at 7:00 p.m.

May 30, 2019: Showing of CPTV's documentary Ella at Windsor Locks Senior Center Luncheon. There will be a repeat showing at 7:00 p.m. for the general public, followed by a speaker. The Windsor Locks Women's Club will offer light refreshments.
May 31, 2019: Students will set up for tomorrow's Heritage Day event. There will be a marathon reading of Lt. Governor Susan Bysiewicz's biography Ella in the Haskell Homestead Room at the Windsor Locks Public Library throughout the day, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Municipal Historian Mickey Danyluk invites all who are interested to participate.
June 1, 2019: A Heritage Day Fair will take place at Windsor Locks Middle School with student exhibitors and speakers consonant with the "Ella Grasso" theme. Presentations and proclamations will be included. The "Ella Grasso" theme will be on display throughout the Windsor Locks Public Schools.
June 2, 2019: A train ride from Windsor Locks to Hartford (time to be determined) or travel by car to meet representatives of the 169 cities and towns comprising the state of Connecticut. Students and others will read an alphabetical role call of the state's cities and town at a time to be announced.

June 27-29, 2019: The annual Windsor Locks Firemen's Carnival will feature a picture of Ella Grasso on display.
October, 2019: The Town of Windsor Locks Citizen's Advisory Committee sponsors the town's annual October Festival at Noden-Reed Park on West Street, where a photo of Ella will be on display.
December, 2019: The annual Torch Light Parade is co-sponsored each year by the Windsor Locks Citizens Advisory Committee and the Windsor Locks Historical Society. The opening of the Christmas season begins at the historic Noden-Reed Barn, then a parade processes from Noden-Reed Park to the Windsor Locks Town Hall for a tree lighting and refreshments. A phito of Ella Grasso will be carried in the parade and displayed at the tree lighting.
December 31, 2019: The "Year of Ella" closes at 4:00 p.m. with commemoratives in the Ella Grasso Conference Room at Town Hall.
